quickly boil the spinach in a frying pan. thoroughly squeeze the water out of the spinach and roughly chop. remove the artichokes from the can and use a knife to roughly chop. cut the cream cheese in half and bring to room temperature. put the ingredients in a bowl. use a whisk to mix them together. add the mozzarella cheese and mix together. put the ingredients in a heatproof bowl and sprinkle as desired with parmesan cheese. bake in an oven preheated to about 230c for about 15 minutes. once it's lightly browned on top, remove from the oven and enjoy.
