if useing a package of marshmallows, place marshmallows and in medium bowl that is microwave safe.for 1 1/2 until marshmallows melted, stirring every 30 seconds. beat in strawberries, add sugar and vanilla. fold in whipped cream. spoon into crust, place pie in freezer for 30 minutes, garnish with strawberry. then take out pie and put in refrigerator for 2 hours if you are making your on marshmallows i have a recipe for that in my coconut cake recipe. if you're using homemade marshmallows no need to melt.
