Preheat oven to 400 F. Add sweet potato cubes into a large bowl. Add olive oil, rosemary, thyme, cinnamon, agave, salt, and pepper. Mix with a spoon or your hands to combine. Spread in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes, turning once halfway through. Immediately, return cooked sweet potato into the large bowl and mash. Add butter, mix again, and serve.
