Combine cooked and drained macaroni with drained green beans, diced carrots, drained red kidney beans, drained peas, chopped onion, chopped celery and chopped green pepper. Mix together Miracle Whip, prepared mustard, milk or half and half and sugar. Toss gently with salad. Refrigerate. Keeps long time. Makes a large amount. Tastes even better second day.
