Preheat oven as directed on the can of biscuits. Place all 8 biscuits in a rectangular 9x13 baking dish and use fingers to smush them together, leaving no holes at the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the seasonings on the layer of biscuits. Sprinkle the cheese on top, making sure all traces of biscuit dough are covered. Cook the biscuits according to the directions on the can. It may take up to 5 minutes more for the biscuits to cook with the cheese on top. (You can also put the biscuits separately on a baking sheet and top with the spices and the cheese, making individual biscuits.)
