Melt butter. Mix cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Mix with butter. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan, leave enough to sprinkle the top with. Put pineapple in 2-quart kettle, let come to a boil, then put in lemon Jell-O and let cool. Let canned milk chill in fridge all night. Put cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in bowl and mix together real good. Then whip 2 cans of cooled milk with electric mixer until it whips up. Put Jell-O, pineapple, cream cheese and sugar in and whip all up real well and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with extra cracker crumbs. Let chill for 2 to 3 hours.
