In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Set aside. Mix soups and Ro-Tel together; heat. In a 9 x 13-inch dish, spread Doritos in bottom of dish. Spread meat over Doritos; pour soup mixture over meat. Lay sliced cheese over this. Put it in the oven until cheese melts and is good and hot, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
