Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake on upper rack in oven 20 min. Place chickpeas, onions and broccoli on separate rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; add to oven after 20 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Bake chicken and vegetables 30 min. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) and vegetables are tender, brushing 3 Tbsp. dressing mixture on chicken for last 10 min. of baking time. Just before serving, drizzle remaining dressing mixture on vegetables; toss lightly.
