Heat oil, add the cinnamon stick and large cardamon stir and then add the sliced onions. Fry till golden in color. Take out the onions in a small bowl. Put the cinnamon stick and cardomom back in the pan and add the meat to the pan. Fry the meat for about 5 - 10 minutes. Add ginger garlic, chilly powder, turmeric, salt, corriander and cumin powder, ground onion, almond powder and rest of the spices. Fry or bhoono well on medium heat till oil seperates. Add enough water for the meat to get done. In a blender, blend fried onions and yogurt. When the meat is almost done, add the yogurt mixtures and kewra. Stir and leave on very low flame for about 20 mintues or so.
