In a large pot over high heat, add water and as soon as it comes to a boil shut off the burner. Add the tea bags and allow them to steep for 3-4 minutes (sometimes green tea will become bitter if it steeps too long). Add the tea into a pitcher with granulated sugar and stir well. Add mint leaves and honey and stir again. Place pitcher in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. Enjoy!
