Snip the rind on the steaks at 1 cm itervals, so that the steaks do not curl up when they are cooked. 2. Sprinkle the 5-spice powder over the gammon steaks. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. 3. Add the gammon steaks & cook for 1 minute on either side until the edges start to turn brown. 4. Add the spicy pork paste, honey, soya sauce, orange juice & segments into the pan. 5. Blend the sauce together by shaking the pan gently. Do not use a spoon. 6. Flip the steaks a couple of times so that they do not stick to the pan & are completely covered in the sauce.
