Saute green pepper in butter and fajita seasoning. 2. While the green peppers are cooking, mix cilantro, sour cream and lime and put to the side. Dip a chip in it while you wait. It is yuummy! If you have a handful of extra monterey jack cheese, throw that in the sour cream mixture, too. 3. Once the green peppers are cooking and smelling delicious, mix it together with the cheese and ground chicken. 4. Mix and squeeze and combine with your hands. Score into 4 sections and fry in the pan used to saute the green peppers. 5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side. 6. Serve on buns and top with cilantro lime sauce. Note: can be served with tomatoes and chips.
