Slice sweet peppers into thin strips. Slice jalopeno pepper into rings. Chop walnuts (if they didn't come that way). Slice bacon into 1/4 inch cubes if using slab bacon, if you use sliced bacon cut strips into 1/4 inch sections Now in a heated pan cook the bacon until it is browned to your taste. Remove bacon from pan and place the sweet peppers into the pan and start to saute them in the bacon oil, add the jalopeno pepper to the pan and continue to saute the mix. Lightly saute to wilt the peppers some and then add the spinach to the pan. Stir mix to move the spinach around until it is wilted. Add salt and pepper (to taste). Add walnuts (and raisen and/or apples if desired). Remove from pan on to dish and sever while warm for best results.
