Preheat oven to 350F. In a blender or food processor, combine the beans, syrup, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin and blend until very smooth. Add the flour and pulse to combine. Add the oats and pulse to combine. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the cereal and chocolate chips and stir well. This mixture should be spreadable. If it's too dry, add 1/4 cup of water. If it's too runny, add another 1/4 cup flour. Grease a 9 X 13 inch pan. Spread the mixture in the pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares. You can remove these from the pan, wrap them in plastic cling wrap, and keep them in the refrigerator.
