Remove chicken skin. Wash chicken; pat dry and place in a Ziploc bag. Pour Italian dressing over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours. Place chicken and dressing in a shallow casserole dish. Place sliced onion on top of chicken. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake, covered, for 60 minutes at 350°.
