In large skillet, heat oil and brown bell pepper and onion. Add hamburger and brown. Add tomatoes with juice and corn, stir well. Add chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour in corn meal and half can olives. You may need to separate some and put into baking dish or you will overflow your skillet. Pour remaining mix into baking dish. Top with remaining olives and cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° uncovered. Serve with French bread and salad.
