Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Chop cauliflower into medium size pieces In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, oats, fresh coconut flakes, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and mix well.
Take the cauliflower pieces and rub with this mixture. make sure the cauliflower pieces are well coated. Now place each cauliflower pieces on a prepared baking sheet. Cover it with baking sheet to prevent browning.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degree C with cover. After 20 minutes, remove cover and again bake for 10-15 minutes at 175 degree C. Serve with tartar sauce.
