Preheat oven to 350 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract and beat until combined. Add flour, salt and baking soda into the egg mixture and beat, just until incorporated. Fold in the chopped Hawaiian Host Milk Chocolates AlohaMacs. Drop teaspoon-sized scoops of batter onto prepared cookie sheets, abut 2" apart. Bake in the heated oven for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are lightly brown. Remove from oven and set pans on a rack. Let the cookies rest on baking sheets for two minutes, then move them to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
