Cream together margarine and sugar. Combine flour and baking powder. Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk, beating well with each addition. Portion about 7 cups batter into each spray-coated steam table pan. Portion 3 cups berries over batter. Portion 3 cups peaches over berries. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving. Cut each pan into 24 servings. Serves 100.
