Brown onion and garlic in fat. Push to side. Sear meat, add tomato paste plus 3 or 4 cans of water (to cover meat). Add salt and pepper. Cook until tender. After meat is half cooked, add American Beauty spaghetti sauce mix. Cook spaghetti in salted water. Drain spaghetti. Sauce should be fairly thick. Pour sauce over spaghetti and toss.
