heat the kraft greek dressing in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. when simmering, increase heat slightly, add thinly sliced onions to the dressing and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. add the green bell peppers and cook until tender with some crunch left, about 10 minutes total. add roast beef and toss to coat with dressing and heat through, about 2 minutes. if you think it needs more dressing, add a little more. slice rolls while ingredients are cooking, pile peppers, onions and beef onto roll and top with desired amount of banana pepper rings. serve immediately. this is a version of a recipe from kraft. i have changed it considerably and feel as though it is my own. it is so much better with the greek vinaigrette than with zesty italian. i also think mild banana peppers do this more justice than hotyou can enjoy the flavors! this never fails to please guests.
