bake bacon in 400 degree oven for 22 minutes, until brown & crisp. drain well. crumble. increase oven temperature to 450 degrees. cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. put in bowl or gallon ziploc bag. add oil, garlic salt, & pepper. stir or shake until well coated. arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheets. bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. brush with barbecue sauce. mix bacon, cheese, & parsley in bowl. add some of mixture on top of each slice. bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. then serve.
