COMBINE flour, milk, eggs, 2 tablespoons butter, sugar, vanilla and salt in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. BRUSH 8-inch nonstick skillet lightly with butter. Heat skillet over medium heat. POUR a scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet, tilting pan until batter completely coats bottom. Cook 30 to 60 seconds or until bottom is very lightly browned. Turn and cook an additional 30 to 45 seconds. Repeat to cook remaining crepes. SPREAD about 1 teaspoon jam on each crepe; roll or fold. Dust with powdered sugar.
