Start with skillet. Brown the bacon; drain and reserve. Brown the Polish sausage; set aside. Saute the chopped onion in the remaining bacon fat. Open the kidney beans, butter beans and lima beans; drain in colander. Combine the remaining ingredients, except bacon fat, with above ingredients. Mix all above ingredients together with the bacon fat. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature. Better the second day. (I usually double recipe.)
