Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine granola, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 4 tablespoons of butter and press into an 8x11 pan. Bake for about 10 minutes. Combine the oatmeal, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, pinch of salt, and remaining tablespoon of melted butter, spread on sheet pan, and bake (also at 350 degrees) for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cream together the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and peanuts, spoon over granola crust, and chill (ideally do this a half day or day ahead so it can set up) In the microwave, heat chocolate for 1 minute. Stir and return to microwave in 15 second intervals until melted. Allow to cool slightly. Spread chocolate over the peanut butter and sprinkle oatmeal streusel over top
