Combine and set aside. 1 jar (2 or possibly 4 ounce.) pimento Mix together the flour and seasonings and coat cubes of meat. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet and brown meat quickly, turning once. Transfer the meat to a large casserole. Cover the meat with the sauce. Cover the casserole and cook in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove from oven. Add in beans and pimento (mix). Return to oven and cook for 1/2 hour. Serve with rice or possibly noodles. Serves 6.
