Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, margarine or butter and eggs by hand until soft. Divide in half. Put one-half in refrigerator. Spread dough into ungreased large pan and then pour pie filling over dough. (Note: Any pie filling flavor can be used.) Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over filling. Take the rest of the dough and break over top of filling. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350° and continue to bake for 45 minutes (1 hour all together).
